- Information you submit through the valuation form: name, email, phone, shop name, location, revenue band, timeline, and any notes you add.
- Financial information you share later in the process, exchanged under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
- Anonymous analytics data about how visitors use this site (page views, referrers, device type). No identifying analytics on form submitters.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a confidential conversation.
- To prepare a written valuation if you choose to proceed.
- To improve this website and our communications.
What we will not do
- We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- We will not disclose your interest in a sale to your customers, competitors, or staff.
- We will not use your financials for anything other than evaluating a potential acquisition.
Confidentiality
All conversations are confidential from the first message. We sign an NDA before any financials change hands. If you decide not to move forward, we will return or destroy your materials on request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete your information from our systems. Email info@idautoworks.com with the subject "Data deletion" and we will confirm within five business days.
